Power Transmission

This range covers from 1.000 Nm to 2.500.000 Nm of ISO Torque.
The design provides high performance from compact dimensions and is suitable for a wide range of applications including: mobile, drilling, marine, mining and industrial. Wide availability of customized solutions makes this range of gearboxes adaptable to any kind of application where a compact and reliable mechanical transmission is needed.

This standard range covers from 3.000 Nm to 160.000 Nm nominal torque, however special solutions are available for torque values up to 2.000.000 Nm. The gearboxes have a compact design and a strong output support suitable for applications with high radial loads.
Each model can be supplied with pinion shaft or male shafts (splined or cylindrical).

Amongst the many accessories available static brakes can be fitted in a low opening pressure version (suitable for closed loop circuit) or in a dry version (suitable for high speed motor).

Some models have the ABS type approval for Azimuth Thruster applications however design approval is available on demand with all other major classification societies.

This range covers from 5.000 Nm to 400.000 Nm nominal torque.

It comprises rotating case gearboxes designed to fit inside the winch drum.
In order to ensure an isostatic distribution of the load on the winch, the gearbox is designed with a single supporting bearing.

The external negative static brake facillitates the ease of maintainance sought after in marine applications.

Several models have the DNV type approval; design approval is available on demand with the other major classification societies.

This range covers from 80.000 to 900.000 Nm of maximum torque, equivalent to machine weights of 30 - 300 Tons (excavator) or 100 - 450 Tons (cranes).

The models are designed with ground gears and steel case and carriers in order to be the best solution for the most demanding applications.

The modularity of the stage composition allows an extended range of ratios. These features make the EH series particularly suitable for alternative applications such as wheels drives, winch drives and marine pipe layer drives.

This small range covers from 800 Nm to 3.500 Nm maximum torque.

The models are suitable for track drives and for wheel drives applications because of the relatively high load supported by the bearings (8.000 kg in the EH models).

Several accessories are available (including static brake, disingagement system, control valves).
